Base 9

Base 9 is one of the main locations in the movie Planet 51. It is a secret military base where they have alien evidence capturing Russian (Soviet) and American scientific equipment from Earth similar to Area 51. This is one of General Grawl's places until the base was destroyed at the end of the movie.
