Glipforg is a home place where they live and the town where Chuck Baker landed. Most of them live on the planet. The observatory is at the top of the hill. They have certain missions they got to do in-order to get to Base 9. There was a Humaniacs contest party at night when they thought of that idea that night. General Grawl and the soldiers intervened the city because of Rover and they are trying to take them to Base 9 and do something harmful to them. They have found ways to get back is get on the spaceship and go right back.
The name is most likely a parody of the British town Guildford.
