Uggers are bad monster aliens which were commanded by General Grawl. These monsters are in Base 9. They were spreaded out in Glipforg. They caught the aliens at the Humaniacs club where they had a contest. Neera doesn't like Uggers because they are very bad to Neera and they grab others to get them in Base 9 so that Professer Kipple can remove their brains.
